There's a method to the madness of interior design, so fear not -- clients are taken care of every step of the way.

There is no great genius without some touch of madness.

Consultation Scheduled

During our initial meeting together, we will review your needs and wishes regarding the design of your space. We will also review any fees and costs, as well as a tentative project schedule to meet any deadline you may have. I feel strongly that the client must feel at ease with my design services and ready to move forward. I will base our relationship on integrity, trust, and integration of your style with my design expertise.

Contract Composition

A design contract will be drawn up for your review, which will include designer fees and a schedule for your project. Once approved and signed, a deposit is accepted to move forward. The interior design plan will go live and be underway.

Space Measurement & Photos

A session will be scheduled to photograph and measure, taking into consideration any requirements and/or furnishings to be woven into the interior design plan.

Builders & Contractors Scheduled

The appropriate tradespeople will be brought in, whether a contractor, architect, and/or builder, to accomplish the construction needs of the project. From here, construction documents are prepared and reviewed by the contractor and/or architect and Riese Design.

Renderings, Floor Plans, & Selections

The next step is to present the floor plans to you, the client, for review and approval. Once that is signed off, we will then move on to FF&E selections, including furniture, fabric, material, and equipment specifications to complete the project.

Finalize Selections

Any and all fixtures, furniture, finishes, fabrics, color swatches, and accessories that go into your interior design project will be reviewed and finalized. Samples will be brought in during these meetings so that we can assure all selections made are exactly what is desired by you, the client.

Order & Installation

Lastly, all materials (FF&E) will be purchased and installed upon arrival.
